By using Kwabosal you accept these terms. The operator’s legal name, address and governing law will be confirmed before launch.
The service
Kwabosal is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Kwabosal is not a party to sales between users and does not guarantee the quality, legitimacy or delivery of items.
Your account
You must give accurate information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Listings and content
You must have the right to sell what you post. Illegal, dangerous, counterfeit or prohibited items are not allowed. We may refuse, hide or remove listings and suspend accounts that break the rules.
You keep your rights in your photos and text, and you allow Kwabosal to display them in the service.
Buying and selling
Browsing, buying and messaging are free. Sellers may use paid packages and promotions for more listings and visibility; prices are shown in the app before you pay.
A paid benefit is activated only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Online payment for sales between users is not available until we announce it.
Meet safely and check the item before you pay.
Prohibited conduct
Fraud, scams, harassment, spam, false identity, circumventing the system, or using the service for anything illegal.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kwabosal is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users. This does not remove rights the law gives you.
